US sanctions on China in the Trump-era

The Trump administration had an incoherent and inconsistent policy toward China that failed to deliver on its promises. Now the Biden administration is more diplomatic in its handling of what Trump has left it. 
In this paper, we analysis of the relationship between the United States and China, the US sanctions policy in light of the Trump administration, and Trump's strategy towards China, and analyze the changes that the Biden administration can take towards China.
